Entrepreneurial Learnings in Kanazawa, Japan 2024.

Did you know that Japanese government is investing 10 trillion yen ($66.5 billion) to foster Japanese startup ecosystem till 2028?

Couple of days ago I had a chance to participate in ICT Startup Competition in Kanazawa, Japan.

Through various panel discussions with Mr. Tossa M. #ICT, Mr. Daiki Masui #startupweekend金沢, Mr. Daisuke Miyake #tenjokanazawa, and student startup pitching showcase, we had a chance to share our experiences about startup ecosystems in Thailand, Japan, Lithuania, Estonia and the US.

Japan is such a beautiful and unique place, however it is facing multiple challenges like aging society, rapid urbanisation, cultural and communication differences that creates a tough environment to foster startup innovation.

Thank you for Khun Tossa, Khun Jane, Rikichi Izumiya-san Dr. Shikada Masaaki-sensei and all ICT team for inviting us and opening eyes for multiple opportunities in Japan.
