The Picture of Dorian Gray

Working with such a talented and beautiful group of individuals was a true pleasure. Each moment spent preparing for and putting on the production was a valuable learning experience. The collaboration and creativity of the cast and crew were unmatched, resulting in a truly memorable and successful production. It was an honor to be a part of such a dynamic and dedicated team, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have grown as an actor and performer through this experience.

Relive the classic tale of Dorian Gray in a new and exciting way in this immersive production set in a 1940s and 50s Bangkok cabaret. Adapted and directed by Loni Berry, this unique take on the story features an impressive cast including Duncan Allen as Dorian Gray, Phil Blaze as Lord Henry, Matas Danielevicius as Basil Hallward, Metal Sukkhao as Grace Devereux, Page Ploy as Sibyl Vane, and Clement Phanavanh as Allen Campbell. Grammy Award winner Keithhen Carter's jazz standards add an extra layer of atmosphere and excitement to the production.

Follow Dorian's journey as he transforms from a pure and well-intentioned young man to one who is seduced by temptation and the promise of eternal youth and beauty. The influence of Lord Henry and the encouragement of Basil and Grace only serve to further Dorian's descent. Along the way, he leaves a trail of broken hearts and ruined lives, including those of Sibyl and Allen.

As the play reaches its tragic conclusion, we are left to consider the timeless question: would we choose eternal youth and beauty over a natural, mortal life? Don't miss your chance to see this captivating and thought-provoking production of Dorian Gray in a truly unique setting.
